WSU Horizons along with various partners (see below) has begun a training program designed to assist local individuals who wish to start and/or expand local small businesses. The initial training was provided by David Plate, PhD (and retired executive from AIG). The curriculum was specially designed for this project and the target population, and translated into Spanish (designed to be taught to a monolingual Spanish audience if necessary). The basic training is followed by 5 specialized workshops that deal with various topics, including a meeting between entrepreneurs and possible funders. All training sessions were given in a bilingual format to accommodate monolingual Spanish speakers.

Letters to Janae Holmquist, Bill Hinkle, and Judy Warnick:
I have a great deal of information, documents, witness statements, and videos regarding DAVID PLATE. It would be best if you immediately halted all association with him. There is a reason that Bill Hinkle fired him as his campaign manager, why Grant County Code Enforcement calls him a "repeat offender" and Moses Lake Code Enforcement calls him a "criminal," why Kelly Wallace kept the evidence of his forgery and mortgage fraud, and why Janae Holmquist and Judy Warnick told me to go after both him and Grant County. He has engaged in fraud in multiple states in the country, and BLUE CUCUMBER is his latest after he got into so much trouble--financially and legally--under the now-defunct HARMONY HOMES. Call me now, I have it all, and so does the FBI, the atty. gen., and FBI in several other states: 801-783-2601. STOP LOOKING THE OTHER WAY...HE USED SYMPATHY FOR A WOMAN WHOSE FAMILY DIED IN A FIRE TO GET DONATIONS TO HARMONY HOMES, AND ACCORDING TO HER, NONE BUT SOME CLOTHES AND OLD FURNITURE EVER WENT TO HER. THIS IS YET MORE FRAUD, DAMMIT! And I haven't even touched on his Conflict of Interest/kickbacks in the illegal awarding of the janitor's contract at the Moses Lake Port to drug dealer/addict Daniel Vaughn, his employee, and what seems to be a faked business number (former Port employee informed me of this after leaving the port). WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOU PEOPLE? DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO END UP DEAD BEFORE YOU'LL DO SOMETHING?
Do not trust him...he's a con artist who makes shady businesses and runs out on thousands in bills, steals money from the poor and even uses fire victims to get money and attention for himself. You've been scammed if you've trusted him or given him any money; see www.youtube.com/warchick there are 20 of the 60 videos I have documenting his criminal behavior, and ask Kelly Wallace about his mortgage fraud/forgery...she kept the evidence. Call me...I'll give you the people at the port and other places who can tell you about the Conflict of Interest/kickbacks involved with him forging the business number of his employee, to whom he gave the Port janitorial contract.
