This is quick start on this subject. A community center can include  places for events, music, art, meetings, and so forth. Some have suggested  a design like the original train depot which is very cool. It could sell coffee, have a gift shop, serve as a Chamber of Commerce Center, wine events and it can be used all seasons. What do you think?
